The 71-year-old southerner is known for easy listening favorites “Margaritaville,” “Come Monday,” “Why Don’t We Get Drunk,” “Cheeseburger in Paradise” and more.
Founder of the Margaritaville resort and restaurant chain and champion of the easy-goin’ lifestyle that precedes it, Buffett has focused recent attention on “Escape to Margaritaville,” a Broadway show adapting his beloved music.
