Exhibit: Iowa Crafts Hank Hall- Charles H. MacNider Art Museum (Kinney-Lindstrom Gallery), 303 2nd St. SE (641-421-3666).  Hank Hall won Best in Show during the Iowa Crafts: 42 exhibitions in 2016.  The exhibit will feature his clay and mixed media sculptures in a 2018 exhibition. Exhibit: Kim Bromley – Moby Dick: In the Heart of the Sea -  Charles H. MacNider Art Museum (Kinney-Lindstrom Gallery), 303 2nd St. SE (641-421-3666).  Kim Bromley – Moby Dick: In the Heart of the Sea features twenty-five oil paintings inspired by the books Moby Dick and In the Heart of the Sea.  The smaller In the Heart of the Sea artworks merge seamlessly with the larger, more colorful, Moby Dick paintings to create a wonderfully complete show.  Viewers do not need to have read either of the books to feel the impact of the exhibition. See the largest grouping of homes on a unified site, ending at a home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1908, his first in Iowa. Scheduled tours are seasonal and weather permitting.
