The Cash Box Kings
Hailing from the “Windy City”, the Cash Box Kings are keeping REAL
DEAL old school Chicago Blues alive. THE CBK’s are one of a few bands on
the national scene playing TRADITIONAL CHICAGO BLUES the way it’s
supposed to be played. They can nail the 1940’s & 50’s Chicago and
Memphis scene. With 6’3″ 300lb frontman Oscar Wilson who is described
as part Muddy Waters and part Cedric the Entertainer they can put on one
heck of a stage show. With many Blues Blast awards to their credit
including album of the year, their latest release “Holding Court” is
just another notch in their belt. They simply are one of the best Blues
bands in the land. Learn more about the Cash Box Kings on their Facebook
page at www.facebook.com/thecashboxkings.
