Northern Brass Quintet- Mohawk Performance Hall (FEMA Safe Room), 1700 4th St. SE. Join the Mason City High School Concert
and Symphonic Bands for their Spring Concert at 3pm. The concert, a celebration of the Instrumental Music Department's 90th year, will feature guest soloist, the Northern Brass Quintet. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.



Mother's Day afternoon tours at the Frank Lloyd Wright Stockman House Museum
Tours scheduled - 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm
Adults $10 Children (6-17 yrs) $5
AIC Gift shop open 12:45 - 3:15 pm.

Save the Last Dance Wildlife - Lime Creek Nature Center, 3501 Lime Creek Rd, (641-423-5309). Award-winning photographer Noppadol Paothong will provide a presentation about his work with grassland grouse and their fragile habitats. He will share photographs from his book “Save the Last Dance,” which captures the dazzling beauty of seven grouse species whose populations are diminishing across the prairies of America – and one species that has already lost its battle for survival. Paothong is a staff photographer at the Missouri Department of Conservation. His photos have also appeared in Audubon, National Wildlife, and Field and Stream.
