The annual Boogie Spectacular at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake takes place tonight; tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door, which opens at 8:00.

Mason City Brewing in downtown Mason City is throwing their own Halloween Party, with $50 cash prize for best costume.
