I've started this three times already and still wind up typing into the phone...a couple of things.
Anthropomorphis is defined as assigning human qualities to inanimate objects. Some people talk to their cars, especially if we hope it's going to start. We have this cd player in the living room that may or may not play the disc we want to hear. I can play any cd in the player in the car, and the one in the bedroom, but try to listen to it downstairs and it may as well be blank. The same disc that worked fine yesterday sticks and quits today. When it's not working the cd lense cleaner is ineffective and cleaning it doesn't get it to play either.
The laptop is another story, somehow the display screen has developed what would happen in the old days when tv pictures would "roll", the top of the picture was appearing on the bottom as well so nothing on the bottom of the screen is distinct and pretty much useless. Tech supporters haven't been able to clear it up either.
The other thing was about this month and upcoming events. I remember when I was young driving past a hotel marquee wishing a happy 50th high school reunion to a group there and thinking Wow, you must be ancient to be in that group... I will be attending my 50th high school reunion this month for Robbinsdale Minnesota in a couple of weeks. About a week later oldest son is getting married in Ohio so we'll traveling there and back, it will be my first time in the area, looking forward to it. About one week later I'll be checking in for my scheduled colonoscopy...the reason I mention this is to remind some of you that it is very important to do this. Colon cancer is preventable when you catch it early.
On that happy note I will say have a good ninth month of MMXVI
